How to book your appointments
Florence is a Mobile hair stylist providing one to one quality service’s straight to your home, throughout the duration of the week, she can be booked through her website to come and provide a service of your choice straight to the comfort of your home. (Disclaimer: all mobile appointments must be booked with a travel fee to verify your appointment is a home visit)
Florence also work’s from home in her salon room, providing a one to one service experience, without the delays and close contact interactions you may sometimes experience in salons. So if you would like a quick service done by Florence, from start to finish you can visit her at home.
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
To secure your slot, a non-refundable £15 deposit will be taken to create your booking. This is then deducted from the total price. Remaining balance to be paid via bank transfer at your appointment!
Please understand, if you chose to reschedule your appointment, another deposit will be required.
Naturally Immaculate is based in Stratford, East London.
NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS
All availability is available online. If you cannot see your desired date of choice please click contact tab at the top of the page to request an appointment. If you would like to be fitted in outside of the designated working hours of your stylist you will need to pay an Emergency Appointment fee of £25.
Please book appointment’s in advance! If you do not turn up to your appointment your deposit will be taken and you will need to pay a new one.
If the date you’re wanting is not available, it unfortunately means it has been booked or is not available at all.
Sunday, 8am and 8pm and after appointments are charged £25 extra. The total price will be sent in your appointment confirmation email/text. Emergency appointments are £25 extra. If you would like me to travel to your City outside London please email email@example.com
COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY
Upon arrival, yourself and Florence will be required to wear a mask (we have masks on location in case you forget your own). On the salon work station there is hand sanitiser available for you to use.
All stations, tools and surrounding areas, will be cleaned prior to your arrival and can be done whilst you are discussing hair styling with Sandra to make you feel more assured/comfortable.
If you are ill or are showing any symptoms, PLEASE refrain from attending the appointment. Florence is HIGH RISK and will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment at a later date. If Florence feels as though you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or a Cold/Flu, the appointment will be cancelled immediately and the remaining balance will have to be paid.
Please arrive to your appointment with fully detangled hair. If your hair is matted and you will be charged an additional fee. If you need to do anything additional before your service you will be sent an email with specific information.
Please, please avoid being late to the appointment as it causes inconveniences to other clients after you.
If you are more than 15 minute’s late you will be charged a £10 late fee.
If you are more than 30 mins late to your appointment contact your stylist to let her know whether your appointment will still remain. Client’s are usually booked back to back and to ensure proper hygiene and effective infection control we need to stick to a punctual schedule.
Please note: if there are clients directly after you and you’re more than 30 minutes late, it will be cancelled as she cannot disrupt her next client’s appointment.
Please keep in mind that if you add service to your appointment on the day you will be charged extra. It is important that you book in for all the service’s you would like to ensure enough time is allocated to your service.
