To secure your appointment, a non-refundable £30 Booking fee will be taken at the time of your booking. This will be deducted from the total price of the cost of your service or treatment. The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of service.

Please understand, that if you choose to reschedule your appointment, another deposit will be required.

£30 fee upon booking will be takeN for any cancellations. to avoid losing deposit cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and the fee will be held for your next appointment. in the unlikely event Florence cancels on you, a full refund of the deposit will be deposited back to you.
