Every time I step out of Flo’s chair I feel like the baddest b in existence and always have fantastic catch-ups! I regularly gets a wash, treatment and silk press with Flo, and I never have any complaints. Over the last year, we have bleached my hair and straightened it several times. But my hair is still healthy and shiny and hydrated, and that’s all due to Flo, always taking her time to style my hair and give it the treatments that it needs. But also given me the advice and guidance needed to maintain my hair in between appointments. I’m looking forward to continuing my health hair journey in 2023!

I’ve been around the block in terms of silk presses and I’ve stuck with Florence for the last couple of years and I’m not leaving. I’ve never had heat damage with her, I always leave with my hair looking healthy, loved on and amazing! You can tell she really cares about her craft and it’s refreshing to see.
Florence is a legend. She always makes you feel comfortable, answers all manner of questions about hair , no matter how silly. She really informative and has great attention to detail. Basically Flo delivers every single time. I always leave feeling and looking great, love her!

I went to Florence for my first texture release. She was brilliant, great service and she explained every step of the process. My hair was in great hands and I love how manageable my hair is now. Would highly recommend.

I love that I always feel better off at the end of my appointment than I first arrived. Florence gave my hair undivided attention and treated it with so much love - the quality service she provides is consistent every single time. The wash was so relaxing and calming, my hair felt ultra soft afterwards and smelt amazing. The finish and style was exactly to my liking and I felt 11/10. I can’t wait for my next appt in 2wks!
