To secure your appointment, a non-refundable £30 booking fee will be required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service or treatment. The remaining balance will be due at the end of your appointment. Please note that if you decide to reschedule, a new booking fee will be necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

A £30 fee will be charged for any cancellations. To avoid losing your deposit, please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, and the fee will be credited toward your next appointment. In the unlikely event that Florence has to cancel, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
