She provides a one-to-one quality service from the comfort of her at-home salon at her home in EUSTON London, without the delays and close contact interactions you might have experienced in salons.

IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT PLEASE BOOK A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION TO DISCUSS WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE DONE TO YOUR HAIR. THE £25 FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SERVICE SHOULD YOU GO AHEAD AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO GO AHEAD WITH AN APPOINTMENT THE FEE WILL BE PAYMENT FOR MY TIME.

 

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable £25 Booking fee will be taken at the time of your booking. This will be deducted from the total price of the cost of your service or treatment. The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of service.

Please understand, that if you chose to reschedule your appointment, another deposit will be required.

If the date you desire is not available, it means it has been booked or is not available at all. 

If you cannot see your desired date of choice please click the contact tab at the top of the page to request an appointment. 

If you would like to be fitted in outside of the designated working hours of your stylist you will need to pay an Emergency Appointment fee of £25.

If you do not turn up to your appointment your deposit will be taken and you will need to pay a new one.

 

Florence’s standard working hours are Monday- Friday 10 am – 8 pm.

Any appointments requested outside of these working hours are considered a “Deluxe out-of-hours” appointment and carry an additional £25 charge. 

Emergency and Weekend appointments also carry an additional charge of £25. 

The total price of your service will be sent in your appointment confirmation email. 

 

 

£25 fee upon booking will be take for any cancellations. to avoid losing deposit cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and the fee will be held for your next appointment. in the unlikely event Florence cancels on you, a full refund of the deposit will be deposited back to you.
